During the day our energy changes. An external event, a situation, a person, any given and our good mood can be swept away and our energy is found at its lowest.

In the workplace, subject to stress, competition and the obligation of results, our energy is strained.

How to have the necessary energy or find it when you have a goal to achieve?

 

How to overcome your moments of fatigue? I offer you a plan of attack to transform your days.

For each moment of the day I pass on techniques to help you put in place positive solutions for you and those around you.

Relationships with yourself and those around you are highlighted in this program, and I give you the tools to harmonize them. Whether it's professional or personal relationships.

You come out of this workshop full of energy, reinvigorated and with solutions to improve your relationships with others and with yourself.

We talk about it everywhere, meditation is "trendy", Everyone says it's good.

Why ? Because it's true !

Simple: Meditation naturally lowers cortisol levels in the blood.

Cortisol is this hormone whose rate increases with stress.

It is dangerous, since it causes various health problems ranging from weight gain, hair loss, skin problems, etc.

The consequences go as far as heart problems or cancer.

I give you the keys to start well, to understand, to practice alone, to choose the meditation practice that is right for you, your place, your time and how to make the experience effective and meaningful.

The techniques I propose are mainly from Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini meditation comes from Kundalini Yoga, the original yoga.

 

It brings together all types of yoga. It is a dynamic yoga very powerful in its effects.

It is a very quick way to reestablish a connection between body, mind, and soul.

The exercises are practiced quickly (some last a minute) and they are practiced in order to achieve certain objectives: regain energy, free oneself from fear, not take negative energy from others, repair a heart broken (in case of separation, mourning, ...), regain confidence in oneself and in one's life, etc…

 

During these workshops I will explain to you: the postures (why one posture rather than another, because it is based by insisting on certain acupuncture points), breathing, energy, voice, mantras, chakras.
 

TRAINING SESSION 3 *: INSPIRING PUBLIC SPEAKING

Giving a presentation in public, supporting a project, whether in a professional context, during studies or as a hobby is an exercise which can prove to be delicate, but which is requested more and more often.

I teach you to speak in public in a natural way, being genuine, and totally embracing your personality.

 

You are unique and the message you have to convey is unique.

 

It is this unique message that the world needs to hear.

I teach you to be yourself in public and to make that unique voice of yours heard.

I offer you simple exercises, on how to express yourself, how to breathe, the way the body arises, what it shows about you, the corrections that can be made and the energy released during a presentation.

We review all of the non-verbal messages the body sends.

 

Your energy, the energy you give off when you walked into a room, presented you before you opened your mouth and even before you opened the door. I teach you the art of transforming it.

We work on your breath and your voice and on you.

By unlocking the patterns of the past that cause you today to lose your way when you have to express yourself in public.

 

In a short time you will be more comfortable even on a daily basis with your voice, naturally.
